Jia Jamali is a school principal, mindset coach and holistic fitness trainer, who helps women integrate movement and wellness into real, everyday life with intention and purpose.
With over 15 years of experience in education and community spaces, she understands the challenges of balancing work, children, faith, and personal responsibilities. Jia’s approach to fitness goes beyond aesthetics; she invites women to reflect on why they move, connecting physical health to mental clarity, emotional regulation, and spiritual grounding.
Through The Daily FitFam and JJF4Women, she guides women toward sustainable habits that honour their bodies, without the pressure of perfection. A community-engaged leader and mental health advocate, Jia is known for her honest, relatable and faith-centered approach that empowers women to care for their bodies as an amanah, through all seasons of life.

Practical strategies to ensure the correct amount of macro nutrients are within each meal
Nazima Qureshi is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a Masters of Public Health.
She is a two time author, a food journal entitled Eat Better, Feel Better, Live Better, and The Healthy Ramadan Guide.
She has been featured in CNN, CBC, Canadian Living, Self Magazine, Globe and Mail, and NY times.
Her philosophy is to live a healthy lifestyle that includes enjoying all foods as well as enjoying being physically active.
Instead of focusing on restricting ourselves, she teaches clients which foods they should be adding to improve their lives. Nazima has helped many people make real changes in their lives, such as weight loss, improving their health, and improving their relationship with food.
