Welcome to the Also Sophia Business Incubator (the "Community"). By accessing, participating in, or using the services provided by this Community, you ("Member" or "User") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Community.

1. Purpose of the Community

The Also Sophia Business Incubator is an online community designed to support entrepreneurs in launching, growing, and scaling their businesses. Through live Q&A sessions, monthly mastermind classes, and community discussions, we aim to provide general business knowledge, networking opportunities, and educational resources.

2. No Professional or Legal Liability

The information provided through the Community, including but not limited to live Q&A sessions, mastermind classes, forum discussions, and shared materials, is for general educational and informational purposes only.

No Legal or Financial Advice: The experts, mentors, moderators, and any other individuals providing information within the Community do not offer legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. The content is not a substitute for seeking independent professional consultation.
No Guarantee of Results: The use of information shared in the Community does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial success, or strategic advantages.
Member Responsibility: Each Member is solely responsible for how they interpret, apply, and implement any information or advice received within the Community. The Community and its representatives are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided.

3. Community Code of Conduct

To maintain a supportive and productive environment, all Members must adhere to the following:

Respectful Communication: Be respectful and professional in interactions with other Members, mentors, and administrators.
No Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared within the Community.
No Unauthorized Promotion: Members may not use the Community for self-promotion, spamming, or unauthorized advertising.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Community without refund or recourse.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

Any content, materials, or resources provided within the Community remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without explicit permission.
By participating in the Community, Members grant Also Sophia Business Incubator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote content submitted in public discussions for educational or promotional purposes.

5. Membership and Payment

Membership fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The Community reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with prior notice to Members.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Community and its representatives make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
Limited Liability: In no event shall the Community, its owners, mentors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Community.

7. Termination of Membership

The Community reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any Member who violates these Terms.
Members may cancel their membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued unless expressly stated in the cancellation policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Community reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
