Stand up more throughout your day! Look for a standing desk or ensure you are taking a standing break!

Stay hydrated! I know many people are constantly dehydrated! Try different tricks to ensure you are drinking enough water each day. I drink warm water now to trick me into drinking more water each day.

Try a “walking meeting” to ensure you are walking enough steps each day.

Remember you need to take care of yourself consistently, so you can take care of others and propel your business forward!
